LOCATION

Comanche Spring is located on the eastern foothills of the Pine Valley Mountains within T 38S, Range 13W, Section 17 of land administered by the U.S. Forest Service (Dixie National Forest) at an elevation of approximately 5,790 feet.

HISTORY

Starting in 1935 or 1936, water from Comanche Spring was funneled into the Comanche Ditch for delivery to the Town of New Harmony.
