Dr. Isreal Ivins built and lived in this home. A little shop at the rear of the home served as a drugstore from which Dr. Ivins dispensed medicines and remedies.The building is now used for the Hughes Law Office.
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Isreal Ivins was the first practicing physician in St. George. He also helped form the first city government and providing surveying for the town. Dr. Ivins is the father of Anthony W. Ivins.PHOTOS
