James B. Bracken was the first owner of the lot, but David Fershay was the first one to live in a house on the lot.In 1913, David Fershay built a new home on the south half of the lot and sold the house to Joseph Maudsleys.
In the 1920s, ??? bought the original house and lived next door to the Maudsleys.
When the Maudsleys passed away, Aet & Lyle Mitchel bought the south house. Eventually, it passed to their daughter, Bill & Jewel Mitchel.
